BOOKING A WALK
Read the following information to choose the right walk for you
This is how our level system works so you can choose a walk suitable for your ability
- Inclusive - A slow gentle paced walk aimed at those with mobility restrictions Flat - A walk that is at least 90% flat throughout Flat moderate - A walk that is mainly flat but has some hills throughout Moderate - 50% flat, 50% hills Steep - More hills than flat with steep inclines

Using the form
Click a group walk or book a partner walk > Select a time and date > fill in name and email
You will receive an email confirmation and reminders to encourage you to go
If it says “no dates available” it means it is full and you need to select another time
THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL GET
as a member
- Unlimited Group Walks: There are over 12 groups walks per week with a walk for all abilities, including our inclusive walk for those with mobility restrictions
- Walk At Any Time: Have more motivation by booking a walk for anytime and any location to go by yourself, with a partner or find a group walk in your area
- Online Community Group: Access to our Facebook group with others who are like-minded, friendly and very supportive to make you feel welcome. You can book a walk with another member at any time
- Daily Support and Motivation: In the group we will encourage you to walk with scenic walk pictures, videos, new walking routes and we also provide daily self-help tips for your physical and mental health

I’ve been participating in Clarity Walks since they started, attending at least a couple of times a week.
It’s given me something I didn’t know I was missing in my life, a focus and some time for me. I’ve met lots of new people that I now consider friends, which was never the plan.
It’s so good to get outside regularly in the fresh air, phone free and connect with like-minded, non-judgemental people.
