First step – Fill in the wellness questionnaire (You only need to do this once)
The data you provide in the wellness questionnaire is used to make sure that you are safe to walk and is also used to compare with a review form at a later date to see if the walks have helped you improve your physical and mental well-being. Questionnaires are kept strictly confidential.

Step 2 – How to book a walk
Here is how our level system works so you can choose a walk suitable for your ability
Inclusive – A slow gentle paced walk aimed at those with mobility restrictions
Flat – A walk that is at least 90% flat throughout
Flat moderate – A walk that is mainly flat but has some hills throughout
Moderate – 50% flat, 50% hills
Steep – More hills than flat with steep inclines

Using the form
Click a group walk or book a partner walk> Select a time and date > fill in name and email
You will receive an email confirmation and reminders to encourage you to go
If it says “no dates available” it means it is full and you need to select another time
